I purchased the audio range wireless TV headset after trying and sending back a Sony model. It just doesn't work for me. I was attracted to the statement this wireless headphone was designed for seniors of which I am one. I ordered it, installed it with no problems- the directions are very simple and straightforward- and began enjoying the use of the headphones immediately. There are no batteries to install so you have to charge the headphones for a while when they come out of the box. My TV has an optical out so I use that and after adjusting the TV for PCM output, the sound came up nicely. The headset uses RF technology which means I can wander into different rooms and still have sound. The controls on the side of the earpiece are a major feature. They're totally intuitive and you can change volume Etc without looking at them. Another nice feature is that you can mute your TV and still here your program on your headset. The sound is quite good, and I can adjust it for use with or without my hearing aids. Finally I observed that they sent two charging cables. I thought that was an error until I found a charging port on the headset so you don't have to hang it on the transmitter to charge it. I just plug it in on my table so I don't have to walk over to the TV. Nice. This company has obviously worked out a quality set of procedures, good shipping, simple instructions, and great ergonomic design in the headset. I am completely happy that I decided to order from them. Finally, they fit over my ears nicely and they're soft and comfortable. Good job!
