Shipping and Returns


Free Shipping

AudioRange offers FREE U.S. SHIPPING on all wireless TV listening systems. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding holidays). You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number for your order once it has shipped. Shipping typically takes between 3-7 days but may vary due to circumstances outside of our control.

Express Shipping

We offer expedited shipping starting at $14.95. Expedited orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding holidays) and shipping typically takes between 2-3 days, but may vary due to circumstances outside of our control.

International Shipping

We can only ship products within the U.S. (all 50 states) at this time.

Returns and Exchanges

30-Day Money Back Guarantee

We want every product we offer to exceed your expectations. That’s why we back all AudioRange products with a 30-day money back guarantee. If you need to return your item for any reason, you have 30 days from the purchase date on the invoice to request a return. (To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new condition and all accessories must be included). Note that your refund or credit may be reduced by the amount of shipping and handling fees and any applicable restocking fees (as further described below).

Any product returned to AudioRange without prior authorization from AudioRange will be considered an unauthorized return, and you will not receive a refund or credit for the product and AudioRange will not ship the product back to you. For instructions about requesting a return, see “How to Return a Product” below. All approved returns must be received by AudioRange within 15 calendar days of the return approval date otherwise the amount of refund or credit may be reduced or eliminated if the product(s) are returned late.

Returns and Exchanges

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact support@audiorange.com. Returned items must be undamaged and show no visible signs of wear or use. Once your return request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Restocking Fee: If upon inspection it is determined that returned items is (1) damaged or altered in any way or (2) returned without boxes, packaging materials, accessories, or manuals or (3) not in like-new, resellable condition, AudioRange may charge a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price paid less shipping and handling, plus any applicable sales tax, which would be applied through a total reduced refund or credit.

AudioRange reserves the right to deny any returns in circumstances involving repeated returns, violation of the AudioRange Terms of Sale or other impermissible activity.

Promotional Items: If you return a purchased item that qualified you for a discount or and do not also return the discounted or promotional item, AudioRange may deduct the value of the discount or promotional item from any refund or credit you receive for the return of the purchased item.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We appreciate the opportunity to evaluate the issue and make it right.

How to Return a Product

*NOTE: You MUST follow these steps when returning a product: 

  1. Before returning a product, you MUST first contact AudioRange customer service and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before the end of the applicable return period. AudioRange will not accept returns without a RMA number. To inquiry about a return, please send an email to customer service at support@audiorange.com.
  2. Prepare your return in their original packaging, in like-new condition, along with any accessories, documentation and any other items that you are seeking to return to AudioRange and for which you received a RMA number. Be sure to ship in a carton that protects the original item box or package. For partial returns, your refund or credit may be less than the invoice or individual component price due to bundled or promotional pricing or any unadvertised discounts or concessions.
  3. Ship the product to AudioRange. Please note that all approved returns must be received by AudioRange within 15 days of the date that AudioRange issues the return merchandise authorization and instructions.  


Credits are issued after the goods are received and inspected at AudioRange. It may take up to two weeks to process credits. Refunds may be reduced by the amount of shipping and handling fees and any applicable restocking fees subject to this policy. After the return has been processed, the refund may take between 5-10 business days, dependent upon the financial institution associated with your chosen payment method.
