Why not a replacement

These headphones do a great job for my husband but they are poorly made. We replaced 4 headphones in two years! The first two were covered by the warranty free of charge and the third pair we paid $50.00. Then we were told we could not pay the $50.00 again and we had to buy the whole set for $119.00 !!
