Can I replace my AudioRange listening device if it is not working? All AudioRange products come with a 1 year limited warranty. Please contact us at any time with any issues you may be having with your AudioRange listening device. In the event that your AudioRange listening device is not working while under warranty, please contact customer support by calling (866) 462-1588 or emailing support@audiorange.com to request a replacement or refund. We will also be glad to replace or repair any parts that fail after the warranty expires for a fee.

 

How do I return an AudioRange listening device?

AudioRange offers a 30-day Money Back Guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with your listening device for any reason, you may return it for a full refund within 30-days of the purchase date. Please email support@audiorange.com to initiate a return at no cost or with any questions about the return policy.
