When I ordered these headsets, I was led to believe I could walk from room to room without any interference in the reception. Unfortunately, that is not the case as I explained to Kellie on the phone. That was a big disappointment allthough the clarity of the sound is very very good.
Technically this device performs as advertised. Unfortunately the earbuds do not fit well in my ears. My ear canals are not at right angles to the centerline of my head. But the ear buds hang at a right angle. I am tempted to twist the ‘wishbone’ parts to better accommodate my ears but am afraid I will damage them. If I press the earbuds in with my fingers the sound is phenomenal, voices, background music, everything is clear and distinct using the optic cable, but my fingers tire.
I have requested a return authorization and after initial email saying someone will respond to me I have heard nothing. It has been five days
ordered two headsets, both have to have volume turned high, one tone works the other one doesn't workmen the other hand I have been using TV ears for years and Audio Range has a better quality sound especially when listing to music. So all in all its better than TVears but not perfect, may look into blue tooth next time.
