This headset is priceless to me... Bringing peace to my home. My aged mother is not simply hard of hearing, but legally blind with dementia. This headset allows her to hear the TV in clarity, as she can't see it. With the sound being fed into her with no other distractions... It enhances her concentration... Being an aid that defies the dementia. The difference between her quality of life before the headset and after, is night to day!! This headset allows me to watch the TV at my volume while she has the set to her volume. I'm so grateful!

Had problem with one the head sets. Called support and they promptly replaced the parts needed. Very pleased with the service.

My husband was having trouble with the sound from the headset after a period of time. The battery was replaced and it solved his problem. Happy again.

Comfortable with easy set up. The volume is too muted though and for hard of hearing it is not sufficient.

It was so easy to connect to my 84 yr old mother’s tv. She said the tv sounds so clear to her! The microphone feature also allows her to participate in conversations (she has never been able to use hearing aids) and feel included. I am so happy with this purchase!

My mother-in-law is very hard of hearing (but can’t wear hearing aids). We purchased the OTE-1000 style earphones for her Mother’s Day gift and gave to her early. She was thrilled. The set up was super easy with very simple to follow setup instructions. No Wi-Fi or Bluetooth needed ( thank goodness) and the cordless headset works great. She lit up with a smile when she put on the headset for the first time. She could hear the tv!
I commend Audio Range for their exemplary customer service and recognizing that the majority of their customers are likely hearing impaired. I had a couple of questions and called their toll free number regarding headset options. I spoke to James and he was fantastic. Patiently answered all my questions, spoke clearly and slowly and was super knowledgeable of the products and options. I’m sharing this product and my experience with my friends with older parents who are hard of hearing…great buy. And they are made right here in the USA—North Carolina!

My 89 yr old dad is on hospice and hasn’t been able to understand what’s being said on TV for a good long while. These headphones have been a game changer for him. They are easy to connect and he can hear the TV clearly for the first time in years.
